I have the rights to refuse any commissions I am uncomfortable with.

I CAN BE SLOW OR FAST. It depends on my schedule. I can finish it within a few days or even a week, but I will try to finish your commission as soon as possible. Please allow at least 3 months before contacting me. (I usually will finish a commission within that time frame at the slowest.)

2 day rush order = add 1x commission total, 2 week turnaround = add 0.5x commission total

Prices are just a starting point. Depending on the complexity, it will increase.

Regular art are for PERSONAL use only. If you would like to commission me for commercial purposes, you MUST choose the commercial option in the order form. Refer to price multipliers below.

TWITCH category commission prices are already listed commercial use. The multipliers below do not apply.

Personal SNS profile icon/header, phone/desktop background, personal viewing/display

You may print the artwork for your own usage, however not intended for sale

2x price: art used for social media platforms that generate monetary profit (twitch, YouTube, Patreon), streaming assets (layout screen/panels/icon/banner), Vtuber design/art for streams, for promotional/branding purposes, and using for game art (ex. 2(45) = 90, total is 90 usd)

3x price: art used for merchandise such as stickers, charms, t-shirts, postcards, prints, etc. (ex. 3(45) = 135, total is 135 usd)

You may NOT heavily alter, trace, reference, claim, or make a base out of my pixel, chibi, or regular art and that includes sketches or WIP sent.

You however may change the size, crop, anything for your own personal use.

to upload to my social media account. If it must remain undisclosed until a specific date, I will wait until after that date.

to use your commissioned piece as examples for future commission and portfolio display.

to livestream your commission, unless otherwise agreed upon.

One initial sketch will be sent to you for approval. Please request any large changes during this phase. I won't finish until I get an ok, so please respond accordingly.

WIPs will not be provided by default past the sketch approval, however you may request it at any point.

After I send you the final product, if there is anything wrong from my behalf, I will fix it free of charge. If it was a mistake made by you for not stating necessary details, I will charge you as I see fit.

I will only fix minor details. I will not redraw or redo your commission.

Any commissions once started and before sketch approval may be refunded 50% of total price.

Please note, refunds will not return PayPal fee amounts back to you, so you may receive 3-5% less than the original amount you had sent.

Full refunds will be provided if I have not started your commissions, or if I cannot finish them.

If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

Percentages returned are based on the amount of money I received (meaning: amount you sent - paypal fees = amount I received; I calculate refunds from that final amount)

not started: 100% of the money

initial sketch and before approval: 50% of the amount

completed art: no refunds

I only accept payments via PayPal in USD, payments will be sent via PayPal Invoice.

Please send payment within 1 week and in full or I will cancel your order. If you have any conflict feel free to discuss with me.

An invoice will be sent to your email.

PayPal fee's now included in the commission prices, you do not have to add additional payment.

Do not ask for a commission unless you have the necessary funds.

You must be of legal age or have permission from parents to purchase art

You are paying for a digital file, nothing will be printed nor mailed to you.

By sending through PayPal you agree to these terms and know what you are requesting.
